Zee Kannada’s Programmes Hit Half Century

Bangalore, 31^st July 2006: Zee Kannada is proud to announce that it has successfully completed 50 episodes of all its serials. It has also completed 50 episodes of its rider program “Gold Rush-Baale Bangaara”, hosted by the very popular cine-star Ms.Anu Prabhakar.

Zee Kannada, a part of the Zee Network, amidst lot of speculations and good wishes was launched on 11th May 2006. The channel created since then, on the basis of the viewers choice, has already completed telecast of 50 episodes of most of its daily programs.

Zee Kannada’s serials have a flavour to cater to all kinds of taste across people of Karnataka. Such as north Karnataka based “Kinnari”, south canara based “Preeti Emba Maye”, “Ruthumaana” for the upper middle class, “Geetanjali” showing the conviction of a women, “Maduve Maduve” dealing with the current trend of “live-in” relations , soul searching in “Madhura Sangama” and “Swabhimana” depicting the present day lifestyle.
