Mega Finals of Zee Kannada’s Sa Ri Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs

Bangalore, 1^nd April 2008 :
The mega finals of Zee Kannada’s “Sa Ri Ga Ma Pa- Lil Champs”, the biggest and most popular musical reality show of Karnataka, will be telecast on Sunday March 06, 2008 at 5.00pm onwards. The final event is judged by the very popular Padmabhushan Kavita Krishnamurthy Subramaniam and Rajesh Krishnan.

After going through rigorous and tough competition for over three months, four of the 1220 applicants have reached the mega finals. Adarsh, Ajay, Ohileshwari and Sahana are four contenders for the final prize of the educational scholarship, which is currently worth Rs.1.5 Lakh.

The event will have some splendid, mind-blowing performances by the little angels. “Araluva Hoovugale aalisiri, baalondu horata mareyadiri”, “ Naguva nayana madhura mauna”, “ee hasiru siriyali mansa mareyali navile”, “Karunada taayi sada chinmayi…” are few of the songs the little champs are going to sing. The event will also have star attractions like Diganth, B K Sumitra, Kasturi Shankar, Ramakrishna, Sonu and many others.

Auditions for SRGMP were conducted across Karnataka. 64 out of 1220 applicants were chosen by Raju Ananthaswamy and Suma Shastry for the theater rounds, 18 of them were selected to go to the next level by B Jayasree and Hemanth. These 18 were then tried and tested through various rounds by Rajesh Krishnan. Now its time to know who the “LITTLE CHAMP” is in the boys’ and girls’ category.
