Terms and conditions :
  1. Presently Prime Programmes will be between 6.30 PM to 11 PM (Monday to Saturday) & 4 PM to 11 PM (Sunday) and Non Prime programmes are between 6 AM to 6.30 PM.
  2. Categorization of programmes can change from time to time based on the performance and will be at sole discretion of the channel. Meaning, a programme can be classified as prime even if it is in the Non prime day part.
  3. Bonus spots to be scheduled on ROS basis and shall not be scheduled in premium programmes, if any.
  4. All the schedules to reach Zee Telefilms Ltd., No.39, United Mansions, 3rd Floor, M.G.Road, Bangalore-560001. at least 15 days before the intended date of telecast. Schedules have to be sent at one go for 4-5 episodes falling in the calendar month for branded & sponsored programmes.
  5. If the schedule does not reach on time, the branded /sponsored episode will go on air only with FCLs.
  6. Depending upon the popularity of the channel, rates will be upgraded.
  7. Service tax shall be charged extra as per government policy.
  8. All payments has to be made in 75 days for IBF members in the form of DD / Cheques, to be drawn in favor of Zee Telefilms Ltd.
  9. All payments are to be made as per the credit terms agreed upon otherwise, Interest @ 24 % P.A. will be charged for credit bills.
  10. The Commercial shall be in strict conformity with the Technical Guidelines prescribed by Zee Telefilms.
  11. Deadlines for receiving cancellation or postponement or for using revised material is 7 days prior to the dates of telecast. Only written instructions will be entertained.
  12. Zee Kannada will just provide with a certificate of Telecast with basic information. We shall not provide with any third party report.
  13. Material to be given in Beta format.
  14. Incase any of the above said programmes go OFF-AIR,then, the subsequent programme of the same time band will be offered.
  15. Rates are subject to change.
